We believe that when it comes to career mentorship there is no one-size-fits-all method. We provide you with bespoke career mentorship who is specially scouted for you after we know more about your career needs.
We sit with you to understand your personality type, your career objectives, the specific career path you are interested in, the dream leadership position you want to reach, your desired sector of impact and your targeted dream universities. We then find you your dream mentor- one who is currently an industry leader in your field of interest and has graduated with your aspired degree at your targeted dream university.
Through 8-10 one on one mentorship sessions your mentor helps you with:
Personality typing and Aptitude testing- to help you understand yourself, your strengths, weaknesses, passions and interests.
Impact Career Exploration- To help you explore different fields, match your interests & passions with the correct career path and show you how you can drive impact in each.
Customised 10 year career plan-
This would include drawing up a career path to your dream impact job, including identifying the universities you need to study at, courses to take, and the kind of work experience you require and organizations to work for, in order to advance to a leadership position in your chosen field.
SOP & Profile Support: Building your personal brand-
This includes helping you craft an illustrious SOP and profile/cv in a manner that ensures that your passion and drive are evident/highlighted throughout your application.
These exclusive career workshops conducted by our facilitators- who are top industry and career experts- help prepare you to independently navigate challenges you might face in your professional career at the workplace once you graduate from university.
The workshops help prepare you for job interviews, teach you frameworks to solve complex career challenges, how to pivot from one industry/job to another, and give you practical insider tips on rising to a leadership position once inside the industry.
Armed with an in-depth understanding of leadership fundamentals and industry insights after the FEELL Fellowship we then provide you with an internship, where you work on a real life impact project at some of the country’s largest impact organizations. You are also provided with the opportunity to earn an LOR from an esteemed industry leader.
