About the Role

FEELL is looking to fill a position to ensure smooth operations & fulfilling all logistical requirements of all of our programs.

Requirements

  • Completed an undergraduate degree in a related field and/or work experience in the related, relevant field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent planning, organizational and time-management skills.

  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.

  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to identify weak spots in a process to improve efficiency.


 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating with partners, vendors, suppliers to organise & implement student field experiences & evaluations for our programs.

  • Coordinating with students, parents, faculty and industry partners to ensure timely & smooth execution for all our programs.

  • Managing Program schedules and taking care of all logistical arrangements.

  • Acting as a liason between faculty, students & the Director of Programs to communicate coursework, faculty feedback, student evaluations, attendance & general performance between all stakeholders.

  • Acting as a Liason between the Admissions team and student applicants to convey admissions decisions.

  • Coordinating with customers & financial institutions to track revenue receipts & Executing all promotional & partner relationship deliverables.
