About the Role

The senior director will lead the entire marketing & Business development strategy and execution of the company. They will operate at the intersection of Marketing, sales, BD, Advertising & consumer behavior. CTC:11-14LPA

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales/marketing/business development in the education sector is required.

  • Must have completed an undergraduate/postgraduate degree in a related field. Good negotiation & persuasion skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Sound knowledge of website analytics tools & experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns, SEO/SEM & advertising campaigns is preferred.

  • Knowledge of the applications of behavioral economics/behavioral science in marketing & advertising is a bonus.

  • Creative thinking and a strong passion for social change.

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyse market trends & consumer behavior to identify customer problems & develop solutions.

  • Developing different marketing channels of customer acquisition and leading strategic collaborations to increase customer base.

  • Designing cost effective innovative marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand recall, reach & sales.

  • Lead market research to test viability of our products and gain insights on consumer behavior.

  • Lead competitor analysis to identify where our company can surpass industry competitors.

  • Analyzing web traffic metrics and suggesting solutions to boost web presence; keeping up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and building strong client relationships.

  • Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
