About the Role

FEELL is looking for a Head of School Partnerships who will lead our organization’s efforts to create the strategy, partnerships, and innovations necessary to build strong relationships in different segments of the Education Market.


  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of marketing / partnerships with an edtech company.

  • Proven track record of striking partnerships & maintaining relationships with high schools in tier-1 cities (international schools preferred)

  • Must have completed an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.

  • Skilled at persuasive writing and using a range of strategies to impact and influence.

  • Excellent presentation skills Knowledge of or interest in the current educational landscape.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the programs offered by FEELL in depth and develop partnership strategies and campaigns for different segments of the education market.

  • Striking strategic partnerships & collaborations with international schools in Mumbai and Delhi for the purpose of business development and long-term growth.

  • Managing relationships with FEELL’s strategic partners in the education sector (including schools, community organizations, and state agencies).Lead meetings with senior leaders, principals & heads of schools to promote our programmes.

  • Continuous monitoring of the progress of the school relations strategy in their areas of responsibility against our targets for the year, using data to make projections and proposing changes to our strategies to ensure targets are met.

  • Responsible for tracking and understanding education-related policies, practices & keeping abreast of sales best practice in the education sector and beyond to build personal credibility.
