The fellowship aims to provide a holistic, multi-faceted experience to potential leaders during a crucial age of personal and cognitive development, in a growth area that is grossly underserved.
SHAPING LEADERS
The fellowship wil be spread across 9 weeks in the city of Mumbai, with lectures being delivered online, and on-ground experiences and skill bootcamps being conducted in person.

The fellowship
eligibility
High School students from 3 boards (IB, A-levels, ISC) having demonstrated leadership potential and a resolute commitment towards working to solve problems in their local communities, are eligible for the fellowship.
COMPONENTS
At the end of the fellowship, the fellows would enter college with a personal understanding of the challenges and ethical dilemmas that leaders of today must combat, the critical thinking skills required to come up with solutions and the industry skills required to bring about societal change as future leaders in Science, Entrepreneurship, government and arts.
Immersive Industry Experiences
Each module begins with a real life experience followed by reflection and in class, experiential learning.
Live Interactive Lectures
Our interactive lectures, split into problem focused and skill-based modules, would be delivered by industry leaders, professors and graduates from top 25 universities in the world.
Social Capstone Project
Fellows would work in groups as they design and execute a social project aimed at solving a local issue during the course of the fellowship.
1 on 1 Career Mentorship
Fellows would have access to personal career mentoring sessions with successful youth leaders from top universities in fields of their choice.
Skill and Project based evaluation
Evaluations will be based on real life case studies developed by Harvard Kennedy School, data driven articles and mock simulations specially designed to test the learnt skills.
Mentor a Child
For each fellow we enroll, we fund the education of an underprivileged girl child. The fellow would act as a mentor of the child during the period of the fellowship, facilitating mutually beneficial learning and an unforgettable experience.
