LEADERS

Building a new generation of socially responsible leaders for 4th Industrial revolution.

The 4th industrial (technological) revolution, climate change and global social justice movements, are fundamentally disrupting every sector and every sphere of society. A lack of preparedness for a highly disruptive future is  dangerous.

At FEELL, we recognise that the future of work demands leadership with technological expertise & social responsibility.

Through transformational leadership development programs- FEELL prepares the next generation of leaders to deliver impact amidst the disruptive 4th industrial revolution and gives them the expertise they need to combat the existential social justice threats of climate change, identity based discrimination and income inequality.

We have brought together a global coalition of the world's foremost industry leaders leading the transition towards IR 4.0, along with the world's leading youth activists at the forefront of the social justice revolution, to train this next generation of industry leaders.
